Care instructions

To properly care for your one-of-a-kind piece, take care while wearing as sea glass and natural stones can be delicate. To prolong the life of your piece, I suggest you remove it while swimming, hiking, rock climbing, cliff jumping, sky diving or whatever other crazy and rigorous adventure you find yourself on!

Sea glass has the tendency to hold onto natural oils. To clean your piece, simply use warm water and dish soap and rub dry with a clean terrycloth towel. Avoid using any harsh chemicals or jewelry cleaners as these can damage the surface of the sea glass/ stone or remove the patina on your piece.

Gift wrapping and packaging

For the love of the sea, your order will arrive in packaging using 100% recycled paper and materials. All orders are hand packaged with care and contain a little natural thank-you gift inside in addition to your piece. To further save paper, a packing slip will NOT be included as this can be found on your account.

I do offer special gift wrapping and the option of a hand written card- please message me before purchase and I can get a design ready for you.

What’s your return policy?

GENERAL POLICIES:
If an item you purchased turns out to be not quite what you were looking for, please contact me within 4 days of receiving the item. The receipt date will be determined by the package tracking number provided by the US Postal Service (or whichever mailing service was purchased).

Please know that many listing photos are of the original pieces. All made-to-order items will incorporate the exact same materials and methods as the original piece. However, since I use many natural items in my work such as sea glass, gemstones and shells, no two pieces will be exactly alike (think "sisters", not "twins"). Please allow for some small variations in color, shape and size.

I do ask that before purchasing, to please read all descriptions and keep in mind that all computer monitors vary in color appearances.

I take great pride in my work. Whether you need to return an item or exchange it for another, we will do everything we can to make the experience a pleasant one!

RETURNS and EXCHANGES:
Please know that for custom orders, we are unable to accept Returns or Exchanges but we review these on a case-by-case basis.

RETURNS:
I will refund the purchase price of the item minus the shipping charge once I receive the item back in the mail. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be returned in original packaging and in original condition and shipped with Delivery Confirmation.

EXCHANGES:
We will credit the purchase price of the returned item(s) minus the shipping charges toward your exchange, and if the new order costs less than the original, I will refund you the difference. New shipping charges will apply for the new item, and the customer is responsible for paying for shipping to return the item(s).

REPAIRS:
Repairs are handled on a case by case basis. If the problem is due to craftsmanship, the repair or comprable replacement piece of jewelry will be free of charge. Other repairs will be priced individually. Due to the dainty and delicate nature of some of our pieces, please handle with care and store items safely and properly when not in use. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear damages after 20 days.

ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING:
We ship quickly and carefully, and while we always hope for the best, sometimes packages are mishandled in the shipping process, damaging the items inside. Neither you nor I can control this, but we will assume responsibility for replacing or refunding your order in these situations. If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact me with a photo of the item and damaged package before shipping it back to us.

Whether you opt to return or exchange a damaged item, the item(s) must be returned to me in order to qualify for a refund or exchange, and a receipt for the shipping cost must be included to receive a credit for that amount. In many cases, a simple repair can be made in which we will ship the piece back to you at our expense.

For a damaged item return, we will credit you the full item cost, your original shipping cost, and the cost to ship the damaged item back to me when you include your shipping receipt with the item.

EARRINGS:
For hygiene reasons, earrings that are returned or exchanged will only receive partial refund or credit since I will need to replace the ear wires. The only exception is in the case of damage during shipping, in which case I will repair or replace the damaged items (see below for details). If you have any questions before you purchase any earrings from my shop, please do not hesitate to contact me!
